I am Alex, an experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapist in the UK. I have more than 10 years of experience in mental health, including delivering CBT in London and across the UK for the NHS.
I trained in CBT at King’s College London, internationally ranked among the top institutions for psychological sciences and worked at the Centre for Anxiety Disorders and Trauma (CADAT), an internationally respected NHS centre pioneering evidence-based therapy for anxiety, therapy for social anxiety, therapy for OCD and therapy for trauma.
