Welcome,

I’m Alex,

a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, registered with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).

I hold extensive experience in mental health and have worked in primary and secondary care settings through the NHS and private.

I am a qualified CBT Therapist in London, graduated from King's College London, a leading institution in mental health globally.

I have worked at NHS Talking Therapies around the country and held a placement at CADAT (Centre of Anxiety Disorders and Trauma) at Maudsley Hospital, where my knowledge of CBT really expanded.

Now, I offer private CBT Therapy online across London and the UK.

I offer online CBT Therapy in London to help with:

  • anxiety

  • depression

  • social anxiety

  • health anxiety

  • emetophobia

  • OCD

  • low motivation

  • panic attacks

  • low self-esteem and more

Common symtpoms that CBT Therapy can help you with:

  • The endless ‘what if’ worries that keep you awake at night.

  • Replaying every single word after a social interaction and cringing at yourself.

  • Feeling like you have to check, count, or repeat something or else something bad might happen.

  • The crushing lack of motivation, where even brushing your teeth or washing your hair feels impossible.

In therapy, we will work on:

  • Spotting unhelpful thought patterns that may fuel anxiety/ depression/ OCD/ social anxiety/ health anxiety/ panic, and more.

  • Practice new ways of handling situations that you can then continue using on your own, outside the therapy session.

  • Review your therapy goals regularly and work towards all the things you want to achieve.

I keep therapy collaborative, practical and down to earth. I listen to what you want to improve or change, and help you get there.

During the treatment, I will clearly explain the purpose of each tool we will be using, so you feel confident and equipped to use these independently after the end of the treatment.
