My approach to CBT for perfectionism combines cognitive and behavioural techniques with elements from my yoga training. This includes breathwork, relaxation, mindfulness, and gentle movement. When you’re caught in perfectionism, your body often feels it too- tension, restlessness, or difficulty switching off.

 

We also work together to build practical skills you can use in everyday situations, whether that’s managing overthinking, reducing self-criticism, or approaching tasks in a more manageable way.

 

By working with both mind and body, CBT for perfectionism can help you feel more grounded and more confident under pressure. 

Experience and Areas of Focus

I specialise in anxiety disorders, including perfectionism and overthinking. My training includes King’s College London, alongside experience in NHS primary care and specialist services for anxiety and trauma. I also incorporate ACT techniques, particularly when working with longer-term patterns, and have experience supporting clients with ADHD and autism.

 

I offer CBT for perfectionism to UK-based clients, and sessions can also be provided in Greek. I often work with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure why they feel a certain way, but are looking for clarity and practical steps to move forward.
