Online CBT for PTSD
If you’re looking for CBT for PTSD, you might already feel stuck in patterns that are hard to explain- racing thoughts, constant alertness, or feeling disconnected from yourself and others. Many people come to therapy knowing something needs to change, but feeling confused about their feelings and what may be causing them.
Making Sense of What You’re Experiencing
CBT for PTSD offers a clear, practical way to understand these experiences. Together, we look at how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours are linked, and how trauma may be keeping certain cycles going, like overthinking, avoidance, or anxiety loops. The aim isn’t to “fix” you, but to help you understand what’s happening and give you tools to respond differently.
Working with Both Mind and Body
My approach combines cognitive and behavioural techniques with elements from my yoga training, including breathwork, relaxation, mindfulness, and gentle movement. Trauma isn’t just something we think about- it’s something we feel in the body too. By working with both mind and body, therapy can feel more grounded and manageable.
Sessions are practical, focused, and collaborative. We work at your pace, building skills you can use in everyday life. Over time, this can help you feel more confident handling difficult thoughts and emotions on your own, rather than feeling overwhelmed by them.
Experience and Areas of Focus
I specialise in anxiety and trauma, including breaking cycles of overthinking. My training includes King’s College London, alongside experience in NHS primary care and specialist trauma and anxiety services. I also draw on ACT techniques, particularly when working with longer-term difficulties, and have experience supporting clients with ADHD and autism.
Who I Work With
Therapy is available to UK-based clients (for insurance purposes), and I can also offer sessions in Greek. I often work with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure what’s wrong, but want clarity and practical steps to move forward.
